Well, this painting was the last one I made when we were in the watercolor painting unit in my art class. I'd begun the class with the intent to draw something similar to this, and in the end, I was able to. I've had some fun poked at this one from people accusing me that it looks like a pokémon - alas, even when I want to, it seems I cannot escape my roots, eh? It's anime/manga style, mixing the traditional Eastern and European versions of dragons, with the background looking something like a space nebula. There was a lot of color blending, alcohol, and different types of salts used for that effect. And since I put my camera up nice and close to avoid capturing the frame, some of the darker colors (such as violet) around the edges cannot be seen - just trust me, they're there.
